DIY Eco-Friendly Wax Wraps Guide

This document provides instructions for making wax wraps, which can be used as an alternative to plastic wrap. The instructions include cutting honey wax into strips and squares, placing fabric over baking paper on a tray, sprinkling the wax pieces onto the fabric, and melting the wax in the oven for 30 seconds before brushing it evenly and allowing it to cool and harden. The process results in a reusable beeswax-infused fabric wrap that can be used to cover bowls and extend the life of leftovers.

What you will need :

Baking paper a paint brush
Fabric a bucket
Honey wax scissors
A tray
A oven

1.First you need to cut the wax into stirps but dont cut all the way. Leave about 1
cm.

2.Once you have cut lots of strips almost right to the end, then cut along
sidewards so that their is lots of little squares falling into the bucket.

3. After that when you have a reasonable amount in the bucket put the bucket
with the wax inside to one side.

4.Then get your tray and baking paper and spread your baking paper over the
tray.

5.Now get your fabric and put it on top of the baking paper. After that is nice and
flat get your honey wax that you chopped up and sprinkle it over the fabric.

6.Once that is ready put it into the oven and turn the oven up to 150d. It should
take about thirty seconds to melt.

7.Once thirty seconds is up take it out while it is still hot and get your paint brush
and spread the melted wax around to the places it couldn't reach.

8. Finally when it cools down get a buddy and hold one corner each and walk
around so it drys.
