LIQUID RECEIVER VALVE

ALPHA Receiver Valves are usable with the liquid receiver device of (refrigerating) systems working on
refrigerants CFC, HCFC and HFC families.

Strongly built hot forged main body ensures long and trouble free life even under tough and rough open
air conditions. Light weight metal cap fixed after adjustment of spindle is a safety device for continuous
and unaltered flow of the refrigerant and a protection against atmospheric disturbance and unwanted
incursion.

Service Valve
Alpha Service Valves are designed to facilitate smooth flow of refrigerant to and from split type AC.

The valves have large opening ports to provide for maximum desirable flow with least hindrance.

Line Valve
DIRECT STEM TYPE
ALPHA Line Valves, based on a new conception of line control valves have been developed to ensure
unhindered flow of fluids/refrigerants. Heat stabilized Teflon disc tipped on self-guided stem gives a
convenient and accurate closure of valve as and when required. Ring protection washers will not allow
the refrigerant to leak out of the system.

AIR VENT MUG

ALPHA AIR VENT MUG, a sure remedy against air pockets/air locking of chilled/normal/hot water pipe
line: lets the air leak out of pipe automatically: enables smooth and unhindered running of fluid but does
not allow the liquids to flow out.

ALPHA AIR VENT ASSEMBLY consists of one Upper Cup and a Pipe Insertion Valve/Support Adapter.
Pipe insertion Valve used without Upper Cup may also perform the required function but it has to be
operated manually. When fitted with Upper Cup it will need no manual care and shall automatically keep
the fluid flowing no matter how many times the pump stops functioning. Along with the brass natural
finish, chromium plated corrosion resistant version is also available.

GAUGE COCK (MANI VALVE)

ALPHA Gauge Cock , control valve (popularly known as MANI VALVE) is prepared from hard drawn brass
hex and round bar; can be used in running lines of steam, (hot or normal) oil/water and gases.

A delicate degree based spindle seal supported by tough Teflon washer stops the pressure to leak.
Various forms/shapes are available in sizes from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch. Stainless steel bar handle or round
control knob (pin stem type) models are available at customer’s choice.

Charging Valve
Alpha Charging Valves designed and developed with a view to provide long and trouble free service to the
engineer in workshop and even at-site tough working conditions. Double protection seal along with the Teflon
tipped solid brass stem ensures leak proof performance and perfection, total/partial closure of valve and
controlled flow of refrigerant. You can all the time read charged gas pressure on the gauge dial whether the valve
inlet ports are open or closed.

Charging valves are available in blue, red and black knobs, which facilitate distinction of common, high or low
pressure lines.
