NOTICE

STUDENTS WELFARE SCHOLARSHIP (2016-2017)

It is notified that applications are required for award of the STUDENTS

WELFARE SCHOLARSHIP only for the Session-2016. Hence
Orphans/Needy/Deserving Students are required to submit their applications
up to 31-03-2017 (Friday), duly completed in all respect, in the Dues &
Scholarship Section:

Instruction/Requirements:

i. Form-I of the application must be fare/correct. Incorrect/fake information will

be considered as bogus.
ii. Attested copy of B-Form.
iii. Income certificate of Parents/Guardian.
a. In case of Government/Semi-Government/Private, the income certificate
must be attested from the concerned Department.
b. In case of Self-Employed or Farmer the income certificate must be attested
from Union Council.
c. Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Water & Telephone)
d. In case of Orphan: attach attested Death Certificate.
Rules:

i. CGPA of student should not be less than 3.0 and there should be no F-Grade in
his credit.
ii. Any student found guilty and punished on disciplinary grounds will lose to be
a beneficiary. And once punished will not be eligible to apply for the duration of
one semester
