"The primary goal for menu, form-fill-in, and dialog-box designers is to create a sensible, comprehensible, memorable,
and convenient organization relevant to the user's task." They are primarily relate to task organization

A form is used to enter data, such as customers names. A dialogue box is a special type of form, usually in the Windows
environment, for example, a form appears when a print job is set up to the printer. A Menu is a Set of options displayed
on screen

Points to consider when designing a form:-

1. Should have a title to identify it 5. Default values should be set up whenever possible so a
2. Not be too cluttered space and blanks are important minimum of data entry is required
3. Corrections should be allowed before the data is accepted 6. Full help and exit facilities should be provided
4. Items should appear in a logical sequence to assist the user

a) Menu selection:
Advantages:
1. shortens training,
2. reduces keystrokes,
3. structures decision making,
4. permits use of dialog management tools,
5. easy to support error handling.
Disadvantages:
1. danger of many menus,
2. may slow frequent users,
3. requires screen space,
4. requires rapid display rate.

b)Form fill-in
Advantages:
1. simplifies data entry,
2. requires modest training,
3. assistance is convenient,
4. shows context for activity,
5. permits use of form management tools

Disadvantages:
1. Consumes screen space
