To Whom it may Concern,

I have known Amanda since 2014 when she took my AP European History class. She is a very intelligent,
hard-working young lady. In addition to AP Euro, Amanda has taken AP US History and AP bio and all AP
classes associated with English. Amanda is part of CSF and plans to earn lifetime membership status this last
semester of her high school career. Her work ethic, tenacity, and desire to succeed plays a big factor in her
success.

Amanda was part of the varsity tennis program all four years and was instrumental in helping to build it into the
successful program it is today. She is involved in many clubs on campus including the service clubs KIWINS
and LEO, AVID club and the Environmental Science Academy (ESA) club. I have no doubt that Amanda will
reach the required 240 hours of community service and earn her silver cord upon graduation. In addition,
Amanda has amassed 200+ hours as an academic mentor/LINK leader, which she has been doing since her
sophomore year.

It has been a pleasure to teach Amanda and watch her grow into the mature young lady she is today. I have the
utmost confidence in Amanda and her abilities. I highly recommend Amanda and know she will be a great
addition to your campus. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 209-233-2136 or email at
cbirmingham@muhsd.org.

Sincerely,

Cara Birmingham
