Overall Task: You are going to create a childrens story! Now that we have learned about all
the elements of a plot, you are going to apply your skills in a creative, unique way. You will
follow the steps below, and then you will use Book Press or an app of your choice (teacher
approved) to put together your story! We will share these stories with a third grade class at
Union Ridge School.

1. Think of a protagonist and antagonist . Describe them in as much detail as you can.
Remember to add details about what the character looks like, says, does, thinks/feels, and
what other characters think of him/her!
