Public Service Announcements version 2

A Public Service Announcement (PSA), is a message to raise awareness to the public. It


is a simple message.

General Requirements:

-Must complete the graphic organizer (hook, thesis, 5 pieces of evidence, and call to action)-
40 points
-Must complete the storyboard- 50 points
-Must be no less than 30 seconds and no more than 60
-Must use audio or voiceover
-Must use the Explain Everything app

Part 2: Steps to Making a PSA

1. Choose a theme to create a PSA on: Racial injustice, courage, or innocence

2. You will research about your theme by going on the Internet. You will be required to
find 3 facts, each from a different source. Then you will record them in your color-
coded outline. Below are some suggested phrases to type in a search engine, Google.
