1AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONTRACTOR

This Agreement is made executed on this 6th February 2014 at

Thumkunta Town, Ranga Reddy Dist, Hyderabad by and between:
M/s. ANURAG INFRA PROJECTS a Partnership Firm (Firm
No.1342/2013, dt.16/07/2013) with its Office at Thumkunta,
represented by its Managing Partner Sri. M. Mohan Reddy, S/o. Late
M. Venkat Reddy, Aged 48 Years, Occupation Business. Office
Address Thumkunta, Ranga Reddy Dist.
ANURAG INFRA PROJECTS Survey No. 93(P),
HMDA.Lr.No.1873/BP/ZOM/HMDA/2013, Dtated.01/01/2014.
AND
Sri. C. Chalapathi Reddy, S/o .C. Bheem Reddy, R/o. House No.1-
5-998, Plot No.20, Citizen Colony, Road No.4, Old Alwal,
Secunderabad 500 010.
WHEREAS, the First Party as a Developer had undertaken
development and construction of a residential project consisting of

residential flats spread over 02 blocks of 120 Flats (Pearl & Ruby
Blocks) of SRI SAI ANRUGA NOW TOWN in Sy.No.93(P).
The Total Sq.Ft. area in Two Blocks 1,28,638 sq.ft. The Finalized work
Rate 1,200/- per sq.ft including all Civil & Other Works. Payment will be
arranging work progress through cheques only.
This agreement value from 2014 to 2018, grace period 1 year.
Section 1. Scope: The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor,
materials, equipment and other facilities required to complete the
following work.

Section 2. Price and Payment: The owner agrees to pay the

Contractor for the strict performance of the work, the sum of Rs.

to adjustments for changes in the work as may be agreed to by the
owner and the Contractor, or as may be required under this Contract.

The Owner agrees to pay the contractor in monthly/yearly/after

completion payments for all the work completed. Payments will be due

Final payment to the contractor shall be made within _____________days

after substantial completion of the Contract and submission of the final
invoice owner.
