uniform is to be worn whilst on campus. Students who wish to study on Campus may do so
in room M12 which will be a supervised study area during exam week.

Year 11 students must sign in and out at the office. Once you have signed in you are to stay
at school until you have finished your exam then sign out and leave for home. Students who
are at school for study are not to leave the campus during the day unless they are going
home after an exam. Break times for students who elect to study at school are the same as
normal.

Senior students are to assemble outside their assessment room at least 10 minutes prior to
the set start time for the assessment task. Junior students are to proceed to the assessment
room and await teacher instruction.

Note the date, time and room of your assessment task displayed on the student notice board
and/or supplied to you via email. Any clashes must be reported to your teacher immediately
so alternative arrangements can be made. It is the students responsibility to be present at
least 10 minutes before the advertised start time of a scheduled assessment task. Late
arrivals must proceed to the office to sign-in. Advertised finishing time still applies.

If you are absent from an assessment task you must provide evidence to justify the absence
e.g. medical certificate (mandatory for Yr 11 absences) and you must arrange an alternative
assessment time immediately upon your return.

Each student is responsible for their own equipment e.g. pens, calculator for assessment
tasks. Equipment may not be shared during the assessment task.

No bags, books, equipment, notes or folders are to be taken to an examination except at the
direction of a supervisor.

Use of personal electronic devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, iPods etc, are
prohibited during examinations. It is recommended that you do not bring these devices
to school during assessment time. Electronic devices brought to school are to be left at the
office. The device must be switched off.

No communication with any other student is allowed once you have entered the assessment
room. If you wish to ask a question while in the assessment room, raise your hand and wait
for the supervisor to come to you.

Do not remove any assessment papers, notes or rough working from the assessment room
unless instructed by the supervisor.

Sit in the place indicated by the supervisor. Take care that you do not allow other students
to view your working materials.

At the completion of your assessment task do not move from your seat or break silence until
instructed by your supervisor.

If your behaviour suggests that you could have cheated on an assessment task your results
may be cancelled.

If you do not comply with these instructions or directions from the supervisor, your
assessment task could be cancelled.

No student is permitted to leave an assessment room before the advertised time for
completion of the task.
