TERMINAL POINTS & EXCLUSIONS

(A) TERMINAL POINTS

1.0 Service Water

Water point provided at a corner of Workshop building.

2.0 Electricity

Outgoing terminal of Employers DG MDB located in a temporary diesel engine room

shall be terminal point for all electrical supplies.

All electrical connections, including illumination, from DG MDB (3 phase & 1 phase)
are within the scope of Contractor.

(B) EXCLUSIONS

i All other piping beyond terminal points

ii Lubricants (other than the initial fill)

iii Fire detection and protection system.

iv Instrumentation except items specifically mentioned.

v All civil work like building, shed, foundations, floorings.

(C) INCLUSIONS

i Erection of all the equipment supplied is included in the scope of work.

ii Erection of all electrical equipment supplied is included in the Scope of

work.

iii Erection of all instrumentation equipment supplied is included in the Scope

of work.

iv Grouting of all machinery which the Contractor is erecting
