Diagnosis: 2 months post Right knee arthroscopic partial medial meniscectomy + limited lateral release + debulking of ACL + chondroplasty medial femoral condyle on 14.12.2016 Her severe pain related to the root tear has settled down She gets symptoms from the patellofemoral joint mainly white trying to get up from a hyperflexed knee position She gets aching sensation at the (On examination: Right knee No effusion Reconstructed ACL stable ROM 0° to 125° (-5* to 130° on left side ) Plan: 1. thave reassured her regarding the symptoms 2. Physiotherapy 24. Generic knee exercise 2.2. Focus on Quadriceps strengthening exercise 2.3. Patella mobilization 2.4. Hamstring stretching exercise 3. Continue with Ice pack application for every 3 - 4 hours for every 10-15 minutes 4, Tab. Etoshine 60 mg (after food ) 1-0-0 for 6 weeks 5. Tab, Rantac 150mg (before food) 1-0-1 for 6 weeks 6.
