DECLARATION

I___________________________________ certify that my training for

Junior Engineer will be suspended in case I am Pregnant during the period
of my training. I also understand that the Corporation will not grant me
leave of any kind for the purpose of confinement during the training
period. I further understand that if such an opportunity arises during the
period of my training as Junior Engineer, I will be suspended from training
class and then, if subsequently I am sent for training, the seniority will be
fixed in accordance with the orders issued on the subject and amended
from time to time.
