1. The Stage II – selection process shall comprise of the Physical Fitness Test, Written Examination & Recruitment
Medical Examination.

2. Candidates reporting late will not be permitted to appear for the test.

3. Own arrangements to be made for food, boarding and lodging. Depending upon the strength of candidates & other
factors, the Recruitment Medical Examination is likely to spill over beyond the allotted date for the Stage II. Candidates are to
make own arrangements for boarding and lodging in all such cases. Boarding & Lodging shall not be provided to any
candidate, under any circumstance.

4. You are to bring following documents for examination, in Original:-

(a) Education certificates: Pass certificate and Mark Sheets of Matric & 10+2
(b) NCC certificate (if held)
(c) This Call-up letter & the Hall Ticket for INET
(d) Domicile Certificate. Aadhar card will not be accepted as domicile certificate
(e) Aadhar Card (mandatory)
(f) PAN Card
(g) Six recent colour Passport size photograph (not older than 03 months)

5. Your original documents will be veried against the documents uploaded whilst filling online application at all stages of
selection. Candidates with invalid, incorrect or incomplete documents will be disqualied at any stage of selection.

6. Mobile Phone/Purse/wallet/ornaments/metallic item/calculator/digital watch/ Bluetooth device/ any electronic

gadgets/ printed material/ stationery are not permitted inside examination premises. Indian Navy will not be
responsible for safe custody or loss of any valuable.

7. You are to be in possession of at least two black/ blue ball point pen.

8. Stage II – PFT, written examination & recruitment medical examination will be conducted in sports rig (e.g. sports shorts/
sports shoes/ track pant/ t-shirt). Candidates will not be allowed to run without foot-wear. Candidates undergoing PFT will do
so at their own risk. PFT standards are as follows:-

9. Written examination and Recruitment examination shall be conducted only for candidates who have qualified the Physical
Fitness Test.
10. Recruitment Medical Examination. Candidates who are found medically fit in the Recruitment Medical Examination will
be considered for compilation of the merit list based on the marks obtained in the Stage II – written examination. Candidates
who are found medically unfit will be advised to appeal against its findings, if they so desire, at the designated military
hospital (allocated by the Indian Navy) within a maximum period of 21 days. No further review/ appeal is permissible.
Medical fitness certificate issued by hospitals other than designated Military Hospitals will not be considered.

12. No Request for change of Exam Centre/date & time of test will be accepted under any circumstances.
13. Bring packed Lunch & drinking water on the test Day.
14. Merit list compilation would be based on performance in Stage II. Candidates selected in merit list would be
required to produce Police Verification Certificate for induction at Chilka. Candidates are advised to commence the
process for Police Verification Certificate well in-time to be able to produce the same for induction at Chilka, if

15. Failure to adhere to above instructions will result in cancellation of candidature.
