the pleasure of working alongside Miss Troup for a total of fourteen weeks as she served as
a student teacher in first grade. She quickly became a strong working member of our
team. I can assure you that she is a bright and capable individual with an exceptional work
ethic.

I believe Miss Troup has all of the qualities one looks for in a great teacher. She establishes
a positive classroom environment by building a strong rapport with the students and
encourages an atmosphere of trust in the classroom. She facilitates activities and lessons
through learner-centered instruction that fosters and maintains active engagement for the
students. Miss Troup establishes a climate in which the learners work collaboratively. She
always does her best to meet the needs of every learner. Miss Troup incorporates great
questions in each lesson to help the students develop problem solving and thinking skills.

Miss Troup is a highly dedicated professional. She exhibits high standards of

professionalism in all aspects of teaching. She takes initiative and assumes and performs
duties and responsibilities. Her relationships with other colleagues are positive and
productive.
