Reflection:

Act of Teaching: Chapter 10

To be an effective teacher, one must be enthusiastic, warm and humorous, credible,
holding high expectations for success, encouraging and supportive, adaptable/flexible, and
knowledgeable. In order for students to trust and be comfortable with their teacher, the teacher
must be personal and open-minded, understands the fallen nature of man (students) and
redeeming them back to Jesus.
