Chilli chicken

Ingredients

1. Chicken 1 kg cut into small pieces


2. Soya sauce-3 tbsp
3. Red chilli sauce -3 tbsp
4. Tomato ketchup -3 tbsp
5. Salt - 1tsp
6. Sugar -1tsp
7. White pepper powder-1 tsp
8. Celery chopped 2 tbsp
9. Capsicum big dice-1 no
10. Onion big dice- 1 no
11. Green chilli cut into slant-6 nos
12. Red chilli cut into slant -2 nos
13. Ginger garlic chopped 2tsp
14. Oil 60 ml plus for deep frying

For the batter

1. Maida 50 gm
2. Corn flouir -50 gm
3. Water 3 tsp
4. Soya sauce tsp
5. Salt tsp
6. Ginger, garlic paste1 tsp
7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Mix the entire batter ingredient together and make smooth batter.

Preparation Method

1. Heat oil in wok dip the chicken pieces in batter and deep fry. Drain into kitchen paper
2. Heat oil in wok add garlic, ginger, celery, green chilli, onion, capsicum, saut add soya
sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and stock bring to boil add cauliflower check the
seasoning.
