Students also enjoyed positive rapport with Mrs. Henderson and responded positively to her growing leadership role in the classroom. Mrs, Henderson consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively manage her classroom, as_ students were actively engaged in meaningful learning activities in a classroom climate that supported optimal learning, Furthermore, Mrs, Henderson proved to be organized and responsible by following school protocols and procedures without need for reminders. Mrs. Henderson exhibited the positive personality traits and open approach to teamwork that made her a welcome addition to the staff. She created and maintained collegial relationships with other faculty and staff members, and was open to feedback and input. In the area of curriculum, Mrs. Henderson was actively involved in implementing the school-wide STEM project utilizing argument-driven inquiry and modeling approach aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). An observer in her classroom would see Mrs. Henderson's students engaged in cooperative group leaning through small-group and whole-class discussion as well as independent work. Mrs, Henderson repeatedly demonstrated the characteristics of a professional teacher dedicated to students and the craft of teaching.
