To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to have been asked to write a reference letter for Rachel McDonald. I highly
recommend Rachel in any field she explores. I worked with Rachel as her nursing
instructor for her Community rotation. Rachel demonstrated excitement for community
outreach, as well as being very professional and respectful; meeting clients where they
were financially, intellectually, medically, and emotionally. Rachel demonstrated nursing
excellence, and provided optimal care to those clients she met. I had an opportunity to
observe her interaction with the public and she was received very well from both young
and old alike.

Rachel has proven that through hard work, follow through, and team work, she can
accomplish tasks with excellent prioritizing skills, in a courteous and timely manner.
Rachel is a conscientious student, and picks up on minor details, others may miss. Rachel is
motivated and a hard-working student and I considered Rachel to be a great asset during
this rotation, stepping up to the plate and volunteering wherever necessary. She was a
delight to work with.

I highly recommend making Rachel a member of your health care team and joining your
organization. I know she will be an outstanding nurse and will positively contribute to
whatever field she desires and decides to practice. It was a joy and a privilege being a
part of her journey to enter this great field of nursing.
