INTERVIEW: Neurologist.

G: Good morning.
K: Good morning Gissela.
G: Pleased to meet you.
K: Welcome, sit down, please.
G: Thanks!
K: Ok! I have checked your curriculum and you are graduated of an university
with a lot of prestige in the scientific field, good. I have seen that you made
your master in neurophysiology in USA. Tell me more about your qualifications.
G: Im a very tidy person, I think my job is the most important. Ive learned that
the communication is fundamental in a team work so Ive worked a lot of being
an exemplary leader in this field.
K: Thats very interesting. Now tell me about your labor experience. Here. I can
see that you have worked in other important clinics, why did you decide to
change of job?
G: I didnt have any problems in my last job, I decided to change of job because
I wanted to get more experience and before I couldnt develop my skills.
K: Ok, our clinic is one of the best, we have invested a lot of medical research
we want to get the leaders especially in neurology therefore, we are looking for
an excellent and exceptional neurologist for our work team. Tell me, what do
you know about our clinic?
G: I know that this clinic is the best in neurology. You are pioneering in
research, Id read and Id listened about your researches, this clinic is very
prestige because of the especially attention that you give to your patients.
K: Ok Gissela, Can you talk about yourself? Id want to know more about you,
are you married? Do you have children? Tell me!
G: No, Im not married and of course I dont have children because my priority
is my profession, but I have a naughty cat.
K: Thats great! You have a very complete profile, tell me quickly, what are you
looking for in your new job?
G: Im looking for a new opportunity, I want to write a book with my experience
and I know that in this clinic I can go on with this project.
K: Well, the last thing, why do you want to work for us?
G: I want to work for you because Im interested in your next projects of
neurology and I want to learn more about the specialized attention to the
patients.
