The input of the study is the output from the sensing module. This data actually a

representation of the frequency, the voltage and the millimeter parameters which

determines the safe, substantial and critical levels. It will be inputted to the GSM

module on-the site which will be transmitted via common carrier cellular system, such

as Globe telecoms and SMART telecom for the LGUs handset. Then also, it will

periodically send the data to the connected GSM module to be transmitted to the CO

computer, android application, and the alarm system.

At the Central Office, the GSM will receive the data and send it to the Arduino

UNO. The Arduino UNO, programmed with C++, will decode the data and send it to the

computer and where the android app parallel to it which will be design by the Android

Studio. The computer and the android application shall have a graphical user interface

that will display the data on a geological map.

There shall be an alarm system at the community near the site. The system shall

be interfaced to the sensing circuit and a siren will turn on according to the data it

receives.
