Started with process like document Indexing, Inputing, &Auditing of Export

Draft.

To process Bill Of Lading, this includes coordinating with various departments and
clients. To ensure the proper bill is manifested and sent to customer.

To look after the Corrections and the Amendments requested by the customer and
adhering the country specified regulations.

To check charges and create invoice and send to the customer.

Providing quality customer services.

Giving Training to New users.

Coordinate with the filing dept. for customs filling clearance.

Support the ECC (Export Call Closure Team).

Printing, Scanning and Faxing of the Original Bill Documents.

Regularly Monitoring achievement of results (Data quality and productivity) and

ensuring targets are met through appropriate decision / actions / escalations /
troubleshooting.

Handling hyper-care customer.

Audit the BLs which is manifested by inputters and supporting new employees to
resolving their queries.
