Action Plan

Timeline:

1. Start second text-set for Dr. Lanes EDUC 571 class on advocacy for student
health (mental, physical, emotional). (Spring 2017)
- Continue over summer 2017 to work on this text-set, see if summer
academy can bring in any helpful information and resources to add to text-
set plan.
- Send outline to committee of text-set/ finish by end of summer

2. Start third text-set over Fall 2017 on community and collaboration for
students.
- Apply for graduation September 2017
- Have text-set sent out to committee by October

3. Write Cognate Final Reflection Paper using lit. review from Dr. Gradys 586
class on reading programs in universities for first-years. Tie the info with a
reflection of the text-set creation process.

4. Last meeting with committee to present text-sets, paper and put the whole
project together (October/November).
