JUDGMENT

THIS ACTION was heard this day without a jury at Toronto in the presence of the
plaintiff, no one appearing for the defendants although properly served as appears from
the affidavit of the plaintiff sworn December 10, 2015,

ON READING the pleadings and hearing the evidence filed by the plaintiff being
a Motion Record dated July 16,2015,

1. THIS COURT ORDERS that the defendants' be and is hereby dismissed.

2. THIS COURT ORDERS the defendants' statement of defence is hereby struck out.

3. THIS COURT ORDERS that the defendants pay to the plaintiff $66,861.96 for
damages.

4. THIS COURT ORDERS the defendants pay the plaintiff pre-judgment interest at the
rate of 5 percent per annum from January 11, 2009 to this date in the amount of
$23,401.69.
5. THIS COURT ORDERS the defendants pay to the plaintiff $20,000 for damages for
loss of profit and negligent misrepresentation.

6. THIS COURT ORDERS the defendants pay to the plaintiff her legal costs of this
action in defending the counterclaim fixed in the amount of $48,278.89.

THIS JUDGMENT BEARS post-judgment interest at the rate of 5 percent per annum.
