Reflection of Classroom Management Plan

I feel like the structure of my classroom management plan would work

wonderfully in the classroom. If you as the teacher dont start off strictly then

you will have chaos and students who are out of control. It can easily become

a negative environment where you dont want to be and where students

dont learn. My plan had rules that were easy for students to understand and

respect. The students would know exactly what was expected of them when

they walked into the room. They may act a different way at home but in my

room they would know what type of behavior they must display.
