This letter serves to recommend Tricia Kelley for employment at your

school. I have known Ms. Kelley for seven months. We worked closely
together on the 1st grade team at West Clayton Elementary School.
Ms. Kelley and I worked cooperatively to plan and design units of study,
content area lesson plans, as well as many other things. We
participated in the same Professional Learning Community. Ms. Kelley
was successful in all areas of the classroom.

Ms. Kelleys loving nature, patience, and compassion for students,

parents, and colleagues made her an exceptional team member. She
put the needs of her students first in order to ensure each child
reached their full potential. Her unique ability to truly connect with
parents made her classroom a warm, inviting environment. Ms. Kelleys
content knowledge, ability to facilitate learning in the classroom that is
individualized for every student, and true passion for her students
makes her an outstanding teacher.

I believe that Ms. Kelley would be an excellent addition to any school.

She is an effective teacher and always willing to go the extra mile. I
feel grateful to have worked alongside her and would gladly work with
her again.
