Age of Children: 3-5 year olds

Materials: 2 cups of Glue, 1 cup of Liquid Starch, Plastic


Spoon, 2-3 drops of Water Color (any), 1/4 cup of water, Plastic
Spiders, Small Mixing Bowl, Measuring cup, Large bowl

How to make it: In a bowl pour out the glue and add the water to the
glue. Stir it all. Add the spiders and drops of water color. Stir it all up till the
mixture is mixed. In a small bowl, add the liquid starch and add any additional
water color. Add the liquid starch into the bowl and mix everything. At this moment,
you will see everything turning into a solid.

How to use with children: Gather children in a small


group to make the spider slime. Ask them to help you to mix
everything together. Once its all done, you can have children play
with the slime at the table.
