SAP will receive data from AS400 and will be used for Accounting and reporting
purposes.

The configurator will be the source of information for the base model and
enhancement part list.

The material Master will be maintained in SAP with a price associated with it.

Controlled stored will be mapped as storage locations in SAP. To be controlled stores

will also be given a storage location in SAP and will be used for the appropriate goods
movements.

AS400 is System of records stores only Quantity information.

Local Parts Master interfaced from AS400 to SAP.

Imported Parts Master maintained in AS400 only.

Purchase Orders interfaced from AS400 to SAP.

Top-level financial entries booked for Consumption and Inventory in SAP.

Configurator maintains Parent-Child relationship
