Teaching Philosophy
As a teacher, I will value my students and their time in
my classroom. I will create an effective and responsible
learning environment for my students, ensuring that each
student is constantly motivated, intrigued, and interactive
in my classroom.

I am aware that each student in my classroom will come

from different cultures, backgrounds, and home life. My
classroom will be a beautiful melting pot. Because each
child will be different in their own way, the way in which
each child learns will differ as well. I will evaluate each
student throughout the course, to see which way each
child best learns and how I can accommodate them in my
class. I will make a constant effort to differentiate
instruction to the best of my ability, assuring each
student is learning to the very best of their ability-
whether they are a visual learner, auditory learner,
kinesthetic learner, etc. I will ensure I have a variety of
lesson plans, allowing each student to have a chance at
understanding material.

I will cheer on my children on their worst days, I will push

them to their limit when they want to give up, and I will
love them every day. I will encourage them to not only be
their best selves in my classroom, but outside of the
classroom too. As a social studies teacher, I am helping
build successful and respectful human beings and citizens
of the United States.
