CORE REQUIREMENT FOR THE LEADERSHIP MINOR

LEARNING CONTRACT

Goal: To identify and utilize my Strengths in an organizational/interpersonal setting that

aligns with the mission, vision, values and sponsored programs and activities of URIs
Center for Student Leadership Development.

Activity: The activity that I am choosing to do is is challenge course. I hope to learn

more about my strengths and put my strengths into action. The challenge course is a three
day process from March 3, 2017- March 5, 2017. Where I will learn how to do a more
advance way of conducting a retreat and able to work with diverse groups of people and
learn how to apply my strengths throughout.
