I will develop my leadership in designing and utilizing various student assessment.

 GOAL:  Utilize a variety of formative and summative assessments throughout the span of a
unit for overall enhanced student learning, grade-level improvement, and team planning
improvement. 
 RATIONALE: Use of different resources to help assist in the development/incorporation of
student assessment.

learning.
 TLMD: Domain 5. Promoting the Use of Assessments and Data for School and District
Improvement.
 OBJECTIVE: During my weekly team meetings, my team and I will plan to incorporate a
variety of formative and summative assessments throughout the course of a unit.

I will develop my leadership in Professional Development.  

 GOAL:  Attend more professional development to gain experience and expertise from other
professionals.  
 RATIONALE: I am always looking to improve myself in my teaching career to help adapt
with the ever-changing times of our society.

 OBJECTIVE: I will attend at least 2 professional development opportunities that are
provided by my school.

I will develop my leadership in Student Motivation and Positive Reinforcement.

 GOAL:  Create and incorporate a reward system or positive incentive that is effective and
motivational to young students.  
 RATIONALE: I want students to stay motivated for a longer period of time and I believe that
having an effective reward system could help aid in that process.

 OBJECTIVE: I will design various reward systems for individual students and analyze its
effectiveness. i.e. sticker chart, behavior tracker on apps, etc.
