Terms and Conditions

By entering Eroica Britannia Handsome Experience Competition you agree to be bound by the
Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, you should not enter the Competition.

Definitions: "You/your" means you the entrant of the Eroica Britannia Handsome Experience
Competition. "we/us/our" means Eroica Britannia.

Entry: Entry into our Eroica Britannia Handsome Experience Competition is through
https://www.facebook.com/eroicabritannia/ with entry gained by sharing and tagging a friend in a
specific Facebook post by Tuesday 2nd May 2017 at 11:59am GMT. Completing this action
counts as confirmation of entry.

Restrictions: Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.

Timing: Entries are accepted from Thursday 27th April 2017 6pm GMT, until 11:59am GMT
Tuesday 2nd May 2017. Early, late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

Winning: The winner will be drawn at random, after the closing date and time, from all eligible
entries. The winner will be notified after the competition close date and time via Facebook, with
the winner asked to provide contact details via email. The winner must respond to the message
by providing contact details or we reserve the right to draw another winner. The draw is final. No
correspondence will be entered into. For details of winner send an email to
allaboard@eroicabritannia.co.uk within two weeks of the closing date.

Prize:
-2 x Ride Places on the World Famous 'Most Handsome Bike Ride' (each inclusive of 3-day
festival access).
2 x Eroica ready vintage bike hire for the 3 days of the event.
2 x Camping Pitches
2 x Car Park Passes
Tickets are non-transferrable and this prize has no monetary value

Post-Event Publicity: The winner is required to fulfil all reasonable requests for publicity by
Eroica Britannia, including interviews and photo opportunities.

Territory: The competition is only open to entrants from the United Kingdom. No transport to and
from the festival, chosen by Eroica Britannia is provided. It is therefore the responsibility of the
winner to arrange transport to and from the festival.
Technical: Eroica Britannia, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any
responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any
telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any
message being lost or delayed.

Data: Eroica Britannia will handle all data received in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998 and reserves the right to contact competition entrants from time to time with offers and
promotions. If you do not wish to be contacted by Eroica Britannia in the future add NOINFO to
the end of your message.

Service: The Eroica Britannia Handsome Experience Competition is promoted by Mustard

the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be based on English law and the
Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
