At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. Come up with phrases for themes, moral values, lesson learnt and characters using the clues given
LEARNING by the teacher.
OBJECTIVES
2. identify the evidence based on the key word given and explain it in their own words
3. Write a short reflection for each keyword.
Induction
1. Teacher elicits themes, moral values, lesson learn and characters using the key word introduced.

Lesson Development
1. Students find evidence for the key words given. Two incidents are taken for each key word and two
evidences are given based on each incident.

vi. making a decision regarding an action to be taken based on agreement of all members of the group.
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

ii. come up with a script based on the requirements of the teacher
OBJECTIVES
iii. Edit and correct the script.
Induction
1. Sharing their topics with the class.
Lesson Development
1. Scripts are giving exchanged between the groups.
2. Students check according to the checklist given by the teacher.

Its three pages long Fonts sizes are taken into consideration.
Each person is given equal length/depth of the script.
ACTIVITIES The topic doesnt clash with anyone
Great words are circled to make sure the particular group know its meaning before the presentation.
Edit any grammar mistakes seen.
Personal remark on the topic.
3. Pass the scripts back to the original group.
4. Students review the scripts and passes to the teacher for final grammar check.
5. Set presentation dates.
Closure
1. Q and A session. Any suggestions are considered.

1. Write keep up on the board and ask students what it might mean. Elicit meanings as much as
possible.
2. Explain the meaning of the phrase.

1. 10 other phrasal verbs related commonly used written on the board with meanings.
ACTIVITIES 2. Students guess the meaning of each phrase before the teacher explains them.
3. Students match the phrases with its meaning.
4. Teacher chooses a phrasal verb and make a short paragraph using simple sentences.
5, Students copy it into their books.

OUTCOMES ii. Reading silently a variety of materials in print and from the Internet.
LEARNING At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
OBJECTIVES 1. Understand the meaning of the phrasal verbs introduced by matching to its meaning.
Induction
1. Write keep up on the board and ask students what it might mean. Elicit meanings as much as
possible.
2. Explain the meaning of the phrase.
Lesson Development
1. 10 other phrasal verbs related commonly used written on the board with meanings.
ACTIVITIES 2. Students guess the meaning of each phrase before the teacher explains them.
3. Students match the phrases with its meaning.
4. Teacher chooses a phrasal verb and make a short paragraph using simple sentences.
5, Students copy it into their books.
Closure
1. Students are given 5 mins to memorise those phrases.
2. Short quiz is conducted.
