I am writing this reference for Ms. Anna Shields. I have known Anna as my
intern at Greenland High School this past year.

Anna is very knowledgeable in her field as she has just completed her
undergraduate work. She always presents herself as a team player that
contributes positively while incorporating new ideas and technologies.

Anna possesses numerous strengths as an educator. She is always interested in

helping others. She has the ability to collaborate, motivate, and communicate
with her students and peers. We have worked together on various projects and
activities that have involved students, and it is refreshing to watch her
enthusiasm and expertise.

One project that I recall Anna organize was a community service project where
our Entrepreneurship Class organized a clothing drive. Each class had a
competition of collecting articles of clothing. The class with the most articles
was given a pizza party. This activity generated over 600 pieces of clothing for
our students and members of the community. The clothes were displayed or
stored in our school clothes closet which serves our high school population. It
was an outstanding project.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Anna. She will be an extremely
