CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Presentation Location: Branson, MO Mini Vacs (EMBR)

OFFER: 2 nights with $50 toward show tickets or 3 nights with no gifts.
Tour Qualification Requirements:
a. Married, co-habitating couples both must be between the ages of 28-75 and with a
combined annual income greater than $50,000 ($50,000 if Canadian). No Singles.
b. If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners or spouses must be
present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified
Tour.
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the
Presentation, a valid drivers license and a major credit card or checkbook (no major debit
cards). Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
d. Cannot be current members of a vacation club or discount travel program and cannot have
toured thru Eagle Marketing in the past 6 months. No travel agents.
e. Must not be traveling in a RV, motorhome, 5th wheel or travel trailer unless they are current
RCI or II members. RVers are okay as long as they are not traveling with their RV.
f. Cannot reside at least 50 miles of Branson.
g. Must not be scheduled to attend another presentation within 30 days.
h. Must be resident of the U.S., OR Canada and be able to speak & understand English.
i. No group travel or multiple package use is permitted.
j. If an unqualified Tour is allowed to attend a Presentation and makes a purchase of
Companys product / service presented at the Presentation, such Tour will be counted as
Qualified Tour for all purposes hereunder.
k. Pay for Qualified tour: Net $125 for 2 nts/$50 or 3 nts/no gifts. Extra nights are $55 per
night.
l. Accommodations: Standard hotels similar to Angel Inn, Seven Gables, Orange Blossom.
Hotel will be assigned at check-in. All rooms have 2 double beds, guests are responsible
for all incidentals such as, but limited to taxes, key deposit, transportation, meals, phone
calls, rollaway and/or cribs.
m. Childcare is available maximum of 2 children per family
n. VGG will give marketing company a 7-day notice of cancellation of any tour time changes,
gift changes or closures.
o. Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to arrival date. All cancellations
made less than 3 business days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a
1night no show charge including taxes.
