With a distribution strategy formed, J&B Travel and Tours develop a Marketing plan. The
marketing and promotional strategy in its most basic form is the controlled distribution of
communication designed to sell our product or services. To accomplish this, our marketing
strategy encompasses every marketing tool utilized in the communication effort. This includes:

• Advertising. Includes the advertising budget, creative message(s), and at least the first
quarter's media schedule.
• Building Brand. J&B Travel and Tours will engage to customers through Facebook, Twitter,
and Instagram. We will create YouTube videos of current properties, and we will use our
customer testimonials to engage with future prospective customers.
• Public relations. A complete account of the publicity strategy including a list of media that
will be approached as well as a schedule of planned events.
• Customer Acquisition. We will turn our website visitors into paying customers through
email marketing. We will use property portals to market our listings.
• Sales promotions. Establishes the strategies used to support the sales message. This
includes a description of collateral marketing material as well as a schedule of planned
promotional activities such as special sales, coupons, contests, and premium awards.
• Customer Engagement. Reply to our customers comments and feedbacks. We will send

Our Agency is using a number of marketing strategies that will allow our Travel and tours. to
easily target individuals and businesses within the target market. These strategies include
traditional print advertisements and ads placed on search engines on the Internet. Below is a
description of how the business intends to market its services to the general public. Bejay’s
Travel and Tours Agency. will also use an internet based strategy. This is very important as
many people seeking local services, such as travel agencies, now the Internet to conduct their
preliminary searches. Our Agency will also develop its own online website. Our Agency will
maintain a sizable amount of print and traditional advertising methods within local markets to
promote the travel arrangement services that our Agency is selling.

VIII. TRAVEL AGENCY BROCHURE AND OTHER COLLATERALS


TERMS AND CONDITION
It Indicated distances and travel times are estimates only and descriptions provided
are for general guidance only and may not be based on the latest available information.
Travel routes/ itinerary, departure date, hotel accommodation or other service may be
amended due to safety concerns, prevailing conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
The right is reserved to substitute accommodation, schedules, in any way necessary in
the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over which the operators have no
control, like weather and local conditions. Direct and indirect consequences of Acts of
God or any circumstance/ emergency beyond the control of J&B such as failure to
perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and shall not render them
responsible for the same. In any case, any liability of J&B that can arise from its services
shall be limited to the fees it received for the same, exclusive of tax.

Please be advised that it is the guest’s responsibility to arrange proper exit/reentry


documents given the possibility of changes to timetables, routings, programs, and (tour)
prices, the same shall be subject to confirmation.

Brochure Accuracy

All information given in the brochure / itinerary is based on the information available at
the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary information
before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control. In case we are
aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking,
otherwise our Tour Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes. Major road
works may necessitate route changes in the itineraries, restaurants may close or change
management, all of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we know of
these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our Tour Managers or Local
Representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. There are also very big fairs and
exhibitions, where all the hotels are fully booked well in advance, and therefore it may be
necessary to stay in hotels in other cities. This brochure is published for the tours commencing
throughout 2021. All previous brochures, letters and any other modes of circulation stand
cancelled with immediate effect
The Holiday price includes and excludes
If you avail any service which is not included in the Holiday package or get
yourself upgraded then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you
directly. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess.
Please refer to the relevant section. All services will be as per those specified /
confirmed and paid for as per the Invoices and Service Vouchers
.

Tipping
Tipping is customary (unless otherwise stated in the brochure) in all parts of the
world for services rendered (porters, coach drivers, guides etc.). Your Sales advisor will
guide you in this regard.

Airline/Cruise Line and Baggage


The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person
travelling with him for Loss of Baggage by the Airline, Cruise line, Failure to provide meal of the
clients choice by the Airline or Cruise line, Overbooking of seats by the Airline and Cruise Line,
Failure on the part of Airline and Cruise line to accommodate client despite having confirmed
tickets, Meals offered by the Airline or Cruise Line/Quality of meal, Travel delay, if the client
misses the flight, Changes of flight schedule/ routing/airline and Cruise line mentioned at the
time of booking. In this condition the expression ‘howsoever cause’ includes willful negligence
on the part of any person. If in the event that the client is booked on a particular Airline and
Cruise Line on a particular date and due to certain reasons beyond the control of the Company,
the client is not allowed to board the flight, the client shall not hold the Company responsible
for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client against the Company. Sea Port
/ Airport taxes / Airport and Sea Port Development Fee as applicable to be paid over & above
the Tour Cost should there be a rise post issuance of tickets. All the booking / cancellation /
change of the airline ticket and the travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms and
conditions of respective Airlines or Cruise Line and the same may be provided to the client by
the company upon request, if available. Client travelling by air will be subject to the airline
restrictions / limitations on baggage weight / size / number from time to time. Traditionally,
each airline allows their customers to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item, such as a
pocket book, backpack or laptop bag.

Loss / Damage
Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during
the stay in the hotel or while travelling in the coach/ railway. Due to theft or loss of
baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her
sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences
Accommodation for Child below 12 Years of Age
If the Client is travelling with young children (from 2 years old to 11 years old), it
is important to note that child seats are not provided for transfers and the legislation
varies from one country to another. Please see the Travel Voucher issued for details.
Free accommodation stays for children are generally based on sharing existing beds in
the room. If the Client requires a separate bed, he/she must advise us at the time of
booking, as there is a corresponding charge added to his/her booking.

Reschedule / Date Change for a Tour


In the event a client wishes to change the date of travel or transfer from one
tour to another, prior to the departure of the originally booked tour. The originally
booked tour will be treated as cancelled by the client, thereby attracting the
cancellation charges as stated herein, which shall be payable by the client. The client
shall on making payment of cancellation charges be able to make a fresh booking for
another tour
Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be based on hotels/ resorts/airlines/ Cruise Line and other
charges of agency plus a handling fee of Pup 500 +VAT per person, even in fortuitous
events or any condition beyond our control. Service fee is non-refundable. Refunds will
be processed immediately after receipt of money from the Provider and receipt of
unused tickets and negotiable documents.

In the case of Car Rental Services Day and Tour Package the following is applicable:

• Tours cancelled 8-30 days prior to commencement of services, twenty-five percent


(25%) of the total price;
• Tours cancelled 1-7 days prior to commencement of services, fifty percent (50%) of the
total price;
• Tours cancelled on departure day and later, 100% of total price, this includes when a
tour is shortened.

Notes:

*For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a


booking. All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company
in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
*For Air and Sea tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full component will be
collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.
*Initial Booking deposit will be collected as per the amount mentioned or the Package
Price whichever is lower Full

Payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-
compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the
tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the
cancellation charges as mentioned.

Reservation and Payment

1. Accommodation and Airline/ Cruise Line booking must be confirmed first before our
company accepts payment.
2. Airline and Cruise line Ticket must be paid in full, to get a sure seat from SEAIR
reservation. Airline only gives maximum of 24 hours to
purchase the reserved tickets. This is for guests whom we process their airline ticket.
3. At least 20% of non-refundable deposit to our bank account to secure the land
arrangement package. This is to ensure your
hotel accommodation. And at least 2 weeks before arrival to pay the balance.

Refunds
Once booking is confirmed and finalized, the Tour Package and All Land Arrangement bookings
and the 50% down payment are Non-Refundable. There is No Refund for any unused tours,
transport, hotels. However, in the event of natural calamities and force majeure, or mandated
government cancellations, Clients may be entitled for a refund, subject to the Supplier’s Terms
and Conditions. If the Client’s Travel Package includes international or domestic air tickets,
cancellation of airline ticket will be based on its cancellation policy, based on their fare
rules. J&B TRAVEL AND TOURS only acts as an agent for the airlines and is not responsible if the
said Airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. In any case, J&B TRAVEL AND
TOURS will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their
welfare, but the Airline and Cruise Line Company will be responsible for the final decision on
such requests. Additional and incidental expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents
and local conditions must be borne by the guest

Health and Insurance


It shall be the duty of the Client to inform the Company in case the Client has any
medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour
Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is
prejudicially affected. Pace of certain tours might not be suitable to individuals. Hence
we suggest that individuals may choose tours as per their health conditions. The
Company reserves the right to ask the Client to provide written certification of his
medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been
disclosed the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance or money back. It is
necessary for the client to obtain a valid travel/health insurance prior to the
commencement of the tour and the company will not be responsible for the same.
Settlement of the claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.
Insurance wherever included is NOT VALID for Senior citizens. The cost for Insurance for
Senior Citizen will be higher and passengers are requested to check the exact insurance
cost at the time of making the booking

Other Terms
There is no Contract between the Company and the Client until the company has
received the initial deposit as stated in the clause regarding ‘payments’

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

guide/drivers, subcontractors and/or contractors to facilitate our tours, shuttle services
and travel packages.
❖ In the event that we are unable to facilitate your tour due to weather and/or road
conditions, we will attempt to reach each location, site and destination using alternative
routes but we are not liable nor responsible for these unforeseen weather/traffic
conditions. No refunds will be available.
❖ All photos or videos taken by our staff of our customers or passengers, during the
capacity of the tour, trip or transfer, may be included on our website. Customers hereby
agree to the use of these photos and videos and under no circumstances can customers
dispute.
❖ No substitution or refunds for any unused part of the tour(s) will be issued. All sales are
final.
❖ No refunds will be issued for a no-show or unused portion of the tour.
❖ All vehicles operated by J&B TRAVEL AND TOURS AGENCY are non-smoking according to
Municipal and City Ordinances.
❖ We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or business who may refuse to
comply with our safety instructions, our tour itinerary, or to anyone who may pose a
threat to our customers and/or our tour guides/drivers. Screaming at or insulting tour
guide-drivers or fellow passengers or third party businesses and subcontractors is NOT
ACCEPTABLE under any circumstances and will terminate and cancel your tour without
any refund. Discrimination against a customer or a tour guide–driver for any reason is
not acceptable either under any circumstance.
