Marquee Mall is the home of Tales of Time Travel Agency. Carina Manansala, Hazel Roque,
Lenard De Leon, Christian Quiambao and Jonathan Padasas founded it in July 2022 with the help of five
tourism specialists. Tales of Time Travel Agency is a member of the Philippine Travel Agencies
Association and a Department of Tourism-accredited company. Tales of Time Travel Agency means “a
person who makes a creative embellishments vacation.” with that we are happy to serve both groups
and individuals plan to their vacations. The best travel deals for your destination are offered by travel,
which also helps to strengthen relationships between individuals.

B. POTENTIAL LOCATION:

Tales of time Travel Agency will be located in Marquee Mall. The address is Marquee Mall, North
Luzon Expressway, 2009 Angeles City, Pampanga. It is an Excellent location to serve our target market.
The location of the Agency is near shopping malls and accessible for our customer as it was near with
some government agency.

C. DESCRIPTIVE DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT:

Tales of Time Travel Agency is a full-service travel agency committed to offering completely
dependable and useful tour and travel options while delivering the most affordable prices available.
Tales of Time Travel Agency specializes in local and worldwide travel services, such as airline tickets,
special and personalized tours to uncommon locations for business or leisure travel, hotel
accommodations, and car rentals.

The Tales of Time Travel Agency is a full-service company with committed staff that is committed
to the concepts of individualized service, expertise, dependability, and stability. It is also made up of a
competitive core of seasoned experts. Ticketing, leisure, and tour package arrangements to the
Philippines and other countries are the main specialties of Tales of Time Travel Agency, a destination
and tour packages travel agency in the Philippines.

D. MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission at Tales of Time Travel Agency is to give our clients excellent service and
memorable travel experiences. Travel is all about the life-changing experiences you return with. When

The Travel Agency Specialization of our Business which is the Tales of Time Travel Agency will
be a Whole sale Travel Agency where in we offer and sell our package through a Retail Travel Agent.
The package that our business will offer will not be directly sell to our consumer but instead we will have
a link individual tourism operator with retailers. Our business would likely to appeal and promote with a
particular consumer or market.
C. ROLES AND FUNCTION OF TRAVEL AGENCY

The Tales of Time Travel Agency is located at Marquee Mall Angeles City in which the founders
believed that it is a good location as it well maintained and developed. It is easily accessible to the public
and private transportation. The market area is also designed to provide a strong relationship to the local
people and its community.

B. PRODUCTS/SERVICES DESCRIPTION
According to Evelyn Thomas (1984), “A wholesale travel agency is one which designs tour
packages and markets them under his agency’s name”. The main goal of a wholesale travel agency is to
promote and develop a package tours that can be either inbound, outbound, and domestic these
package tours were being offered with pre-determined features, price and dates. A wholesale travel
agency is also known as the "tour operator".

Consequently the propose name of the travel agency which is the "Tales of Time Travel Agency"
has been decided by a group of 4th year students who currently studying BS in Tourism Management
with concentration of travel and tour operations in Holy Angel University. This travel Agency is design to
function for the various number producer and retailer. It aims to purchase a large quantity of goods from
the producers and sell it into small quantity of goods to the retailer . Moreover, the location of the Travel
Agency is situated at Marquee Mall, Angeles City.

The "Tales of Time Travel Agency's" market will be the producer and retailer as we aim to guide
the producer on which goods and services he/she should produce. For these reason the Tales of Time
Travel Agency will have a direct contact with the producer and retailer. The travel agency will have
enough space for storage of the sold goods so that the producer wont have any problem of storage.

Travel agency will undertake exclusive advertisements for increasing the sales volume. As we
typically offers the largest scale of products/services and covers maximum market segments with that we
make sure to always conduct a market research especially tour testing so that we could provide and
develop a much better choices of package to our market which is the producer and retailer. Our travel
agency gather tour features from – Airlines, Hotels, ground transportations, and other tourism suppliers.
