LARB Travel & Tours will begin operations this year and provide adventure and travel
packages. LARB Travel & Tours is a brand-new travel agency company located in Lipa City,
Batangas. The company is founded by Jaqueline Alcantara, Bryan Blaza, Ednalyn Lumbera, and
Zach Ramos. Our company provides both community and tourist-oriented facilities, to instill
pride in one's traditional culture and identity. This business will be combined with ecological
trips, including sports activities and relaxation, to make our clients aware of the environment.
Considering climate change as a timely and relevant issue, we deal with the concept of
customers staying in sustainable hotels that utilize natural energy, recycle their waste, utilize
environmentally friendly products, etc.
LARB Travel and Tours will provide elevated services for people looking for enjoyable,
comfortable, and unforgettable experiences in the hospitality and tourist industries. We offer
the opportunity to connect with nature and native communities. We operate openly and foster
transparency. Our team members, clients, and communities always know where we stand. All of
our individual and corporate clients will receive standard and professional travel and tour
services at the local, state, national, and overseas levels. The company will handle all aspects of
travel and tour related business such as booking flight tickets, booking shuttle buses/taxi cabs,
car rentals, hotel bookings, and cruise line bookings, amongst many other travel and tour
related services such as selling travel insurance policy cover and selling travel guide books.

comfortable, and unforgettable experiences in the hospitality and tourist industries. We offer

railways, travel insurance, package tours, insurance, guide books, VIP airport lounge access,
arranging logistics for luggage and medical items delivery for travellers upon request, public
transport timetables, car rentals.
LARB Travel and Tours is situated in the Lipa City near the Market and Business
establishments which is easy to see and recognize.

LARB Travel and Tours will be positioned very carefully, they will be extremely high quality,
comfortable, informative, and tailored to the client’s needs such that they will enable individuals
to have a greater appreciation of the nature environment and its intricacies.
LARB Travel and Tours intends to provide travel and adventure packages to tourists.
Services and products provided by LARB Travel and Tours will initially include pre-arranged
tours, custom packages according to client’s specification, travel consultation and as time
progresses making reservations for lodging amongst other related services. Our marketing
strategy will be based mainly on ensuring customers know about our existence and the services
we fulfill. Hence our intention is to make the right information available to the right target
customers. This will be done through implementing a market penetration strategy that will
ensure that we are well known and respected in the tourism industry.
We will ensure that our prices take into consideration people’s budgets, that these people
appreciate the services know that it exists and how to contact us. The marketing will convey the
sense of quality in every picture, every promotion, and every publication. Our promotional
strategy will involve integrating advertising, events, personal selling, public relations, direct
marketing, and internet details of which are provided in the marketing section of this plan. It is
important to recognize that we do not intend to just take individuals on sightseeing excursions,
but also to ensure that they appreciate nature through informative briefings on object origins.
Hence, we need to engage the right people in the right place at the right time if we are to
ensure optimum growth. We intend to develop our team so that our people can grow as the
company grows a mutually beneficial relationship.

A business owner’s entails providing solution to business challenges and contributing positively
to the economy of the company by providing travel and adventure packages. He provides
entrepreneurial skills with which he finds solution to a lingering business challenge or improves on an
already discovered solution to the challenge. Mr. Bryan, Blaza the business owner works with the team
he employs to carry out the purpose of the company. To succeed in his role as the business owner of the
company, she has a good business plan and feasibility study for the business to work with.

Ms. Jaqueline, Alcantara as a General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and
increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. She oversees several
elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching price promotions that
could attract more customers. Travel consultant Mr. Reinald Zach, Ramos provide suggestions for
travel arrangements and then proceed to make those plans upon confirmation that clients would like to
purchase the package. Most travel consultants require a deposit before they work to secure
reservations. Ms. Ednalyn, Lumbera as liaison officer oversees working with different people,
organizations, or agencies to help her accomplish a common goal. To do this, she must oversee
communications, and coordinate efforts between these different entities as well as the public. She can
work in both the private and public sectors, but most are employed by public safety agencies.

finance options. We also apply for Bank loans in order to raise funds to start a business of your own. We
will also present our business to potential investor who are possible to invest financials who is also
willing to take risk on our business.

After conducting all of the feasibility studies needed, all of the analysis surveys, computations, and
interviews, the researchers had come up with the findings and recommendations that will help the
organization in deciding whether to deploy the project or retain the current processes and systems. This
breaks down into a subset of technology, marketing, organization, and financials.

The findings of this feasibility study show that the project will be highly beneficial to the organization

Thus, the following recommendations are hereby presented:

1. To make our booking more convenient, our agency will have a partnership with those service
providers giving online booking facilities by means of apps or websites and give multiple options
available for customers to choose one as per their convenience. LARB Travel and Tours will
develop a responsive website having a user-friendly interface and traveler-centric features.
2. For our marketing, our management will use social media platforms to send advice, suggestions,
and so on to make them feel special. Using this strategy, it will be able to know their interests
very well.
3. LARB Travel and tours will pay attention to setting up an effective business management system.
We will make our service operations improved by means of the digital transformation of existing
processes.
4. Lastly, on the financial aspects of the business, our management will use a convenient
dashboard of expense software that can help with keeping a track of all accounts payable and
reports. It will be much easier to maintain a record of expenses happening regularly, and can
conveniently import expense files on the dashboard.
