Rules & Regulations:

1. The name of the society uttar Pradesh technical college.

2. The present location of the institute.

3. Area of operation

4. Objects (The objects should be written elaborately & should be same as written)

5. Membership: There will be 3 categories

(i) Technician
(ii) Associate Member
(iii) Member

Qualifications to become member

Person associate with institute for at least 5 years and satisfied the following conditions
should consider as member:

a) A citizen of India

b) Should be a graduate from any recognised Institute or University

c) Should be not less than 23 years of age

d) Should pay membership fees

e) Should follow rules and regulations for the institute

Qualifications to become Members


* Any person of this locality who has faith in this institutions/organisation/society of this
locality can be a member in respective of caste, sec., and religion.
* Subscription, Donation etc.:
General membership fees Rs. 521.00/-, Executive membership fees Rs. 101.00/-. The
institute has the right to take donation from all sources except political parties.
* Collection of fund: Fund may be collected in the form of membership Fees, coaching
fees, donation and service charge. Personal contribution in the form of monetary and
materials form will wishes grant-in-aid from Govt. or other authority will also be
accepted.
* Control of Fund: The fund collected from various means for institute will be controlled by
the director of the institute. The Director will submit the member and he will have the
power to retain max. Sum of Rs. 7000/ (Rupees Seven Thousand) only. In case of
emergency need of the institute and the remaining amount should be / WPt / deposited in
a Bank A/c any Nationalised Bank situated at GHY region.

The executive council should have the right to cease the power for the academic council.

Rules and regulations of the Institute may be changed with the help of general meeting of
Executive Council and Academic Council.
