Five Year Plan

So my five years plan is easy because I know what I want to become and know what steps I need

to follow to accomplish my goal. After I graduate from high school on June 1 ; I will apply to

different facilities to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I will also start saving money for

college and my future. After I graduate I will still be living with my parents for some time. I will

attend Merced College in for 2017 - 2018 school year to finish the general education

requirements. I will also start on the pre-requirement for the Licensed Vocational Nursing

program. During the 2018 - 2019 school year I will continue working on the pre-requirements for

the Licensed Vocational Nursing program. I will apply for financial aid every year. I will be

done with the pre-requirements for the program during the second semester of my second year of

college. There is a waitlist for the Licensed Vocational Nursing program but I will try to get into

the program. If I do get into the Licensed Vocational Nursing program I will start the first

semester in the program during the 2019 - 2020 school years. After I finish the first semester I

will continue on to the second semester of the Licensed Vocational Nursing program. During the

2020 - 2021 school year I will continue to be in the Licensed Vocational Nursing program and I

will start on the third and final semester of the program. I will prepare for the Licensed

Vocational Nursing program state exams. I plan on passing the exams and hopefully start

working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
