inner well-being!" So join us to experience the fundamentals of postures & breathing; to
develop conscious control of your most vital daily function, to expand lung capacity, to
increase inner vitality and to reduce stress. Asana & Pranayama are the 2 limbs of yoga that
not only provides relief from common ailments and disharmonious appetites, but is the
practice that induce harmonious moods that soothe the inner SELF. We will explore several
basic postures & breathing techniques commonly found in yoga classes, experience their
benefits, cautions and above all, practice them until one is comfortable with the techniques!

ABOUT SIDDHARTH

Siddharth has been practicing yoga for close to decade. His journey into Yoga started as a
means to recover from 3 major sports injuries & surgeries involving both knees and left
shoulder. Inspired by the teachings of Param Pujya Baba Ramdev Ji, he took the path of
yoga. In few months, he not only recovered completely from surgeries but also experienced
holistic health benefits. Siddharth is a native of Charlotte since 2002, currently works for
IBM and derives satisfaction in sharing this divine science to many communities across
Charlotte.
