Yoga – a way to healthy living


Yoga, a Sanskrit work meaning union of mind and body, is the perfect blend of physical and
mental therapy. The expectations from yoga range from improving health to achieving
Moksha. As it is said ‘ Yoga is 99% practical and 1% theory ’, these objectives can be
fulfilled only by practicing yoga.

Trainer profile
Yoga sessions will be conducted by Dr. Ajit Sawant.

Dr. Ajit Sawant has done his B.A.M.S. and has an experience of around 20 years in the
medical field as Ayurvedic Consultant and General Practioner. He has been teaching yoga
and acupressure techniques since the last ____ years at various schools, educational
institutions and health clubs - some of them being Andheri sports complex, Club Aquaria
(Borivali), St. Annes School (Borivali), Anandrao Pawan School (Borivali).
