To whom it may concern:

By now, it has been 2 years since I have worked as Grinder Operator in this prosperous
company where I have earned much of experience and skills. I find my present job enough
interesting and am grateful to serve the company in this position.

Nevertheless, I would like to formally request and seek a transfer to Tool and Die Crew
for a couple reasons. First, I would want to further improve my knowledge, proficiency, and
aptitude for my continuous contribution to the company. And second, to adapt different and new
working setting where in some way, can help in developing my interpersonal skills.
