Re: Jacqueline Samuels
Jacqueline spent part of her internship in my classroom. She demonstrated an art
project for her smart goal to the students in the CPP Art Class. She
demonstrated creatively how to use felt to make cup cakes for display, her
strategies were clear and precise. The students were fully engaged and enjoyed
the lessons. Jacqueline displays many attributes —a caring attitude, eagerness to
learn, leadership and a responsible approach — which are important in this
position.
Jacqueline worked one on one or with a group of students. She has shown
flexibility by adjusting to their individual daily needs and had a great rapport
with the students, She has always been pleasant, punctual and precise in her task
completions. Jacqueline is well liked by both staff and students.
Jacqueline would be an asset in any job situation.

‘To Whom it May Concern:
Ihave had the pleasure of working with Ms. Samuels from January until March. As a Special
Education Resource Teacher at St. Raphael School, I was responsible for scheduling, overseeing
and evaluating Ms, Samuels student placement at the school. During this time, she was
extremely professional and demonstrated genuine concern and care for the students with whom
she worked. During her time at St. Raphael School, Ms. Samuels gained experience working
with students who had a range of disabilities. Throughout this experience, Ms. Samuels
demonstrated increased confidence in her abilities. She demonstrated a wonderful rapport with
staff and students, Ms. Samuels is eager to lear and is not hesitant to seek clarification and ask
questions to ensure understanding, She is interested in working independently with students and
earning more about the various technologies that she can use when working with students in her
care. Ms, Samuels takes direction well and demonstrates a commitment to the role of
Educational Assistant
I would recommend Ms, Samuels for the position of Educational Assistant, If you have any
further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,

To Whom it May Concern:
Thave had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline Samuels for a period of
time in the Bateman CPP program as part of her placement through Sheridan
College. I have found her to, be a most valuable staff member. She is a very
supportive team player and asks many relevant questions of those in the
various areas of the CPP program. Jacqueline is prepared to work with all
students in all areas taking on every task assigned and fulfilling it with
dignity and respect for our students. She has taken on interesting initiatives
building upon the needs of our students. Her serious interest and investment
in getting to know challenged students is commendable.
Jacqueline is an excellent candidate for the EA positions in the Board as she
is flexible, punctual, dependable and very interested in assisting and
supporting the special needs population. I believe that she would fit into any
situation with any student. recommend her highly and would hire her here
at Bateman if given the opportunity.
