MEDFORD, NJ, December 12 Shawnee High School will be presenting the musical, Peter
Pan, in the high schools auditoriumat 600 Tabernacle Road in Medford, NJ, on February 19,
20, 25, 26, and 27, 2016.

Talented students will act, sing, and dance to the adaptation from the famous story about a fairy,
Tinker Bell, and the boy, Peter Pan, who can fly.

Gina Kehl, Director of Shawnees All School Musical, said: We ar e constantly learning and
growing as a program and look forward to each new production. This will be the first time
Shawnee has flown! We are very excited, a bit nervous, but excited.

The three lead characters will be played by three pairs of actors in alternating performances:
Kira Fisher and Emily Dunn as Peter Pan, Aidan Vogel and Scott Hoover as Captain Hook, and
Micaela Hickey and Veronica Robertson as Wendy Darling.

Many of the performing students desire to pursue their acting and singing passions after high
school. Some of them will play a role in the show while others will volunteer for the orchestra,
tech crew, stage crew, hair and make-up, costuming, set design, booster sales, and ticket sales.

Kehl said: The level of talent at Shawnee High School goes above and beyond what I have seen
at other schools. The students are dedicated performers who spend the majority of their time
perfecting their craft.

Having directed several musicals, Mrs. Kehl possesses much experience. People can enjoy a
magical entertainment experience at an affordable price and witness rising stars.

Peter Pan has always been one of my favorite stories, said Kehl. I am looking forward to
seeing it come alive on the stage. It is a hard show but I have full confidence that it will be one of
our best productions yet.

Tickets will cost $12.00. Six shows are split up into two casts performing three shows each.
