Cooperating Teacher's EVAI-UATION OF FIELD OBSERVATION STUDENT
Please complete the following evaluation (WITH THE STUDENT) after he/she has completed their observation requirement. Use the Perforrnance lndicators Rating Scale provided to rate the student on the Performance lndicators that have been listed. Your candid, honest assessment is very valuable to the student's future development as a prospective leacher. Also, please comment upon the student's strengths and/or weaknesses you may observe.
