Known Issues and Limitations


Issues and limitations with Windows Desktop Agent 13.1 are described below.

Running the Windows Desktop Agent on Windows 7 and Windows 8

When running on Windows 7 or Windows 8, the Windows Desktop agent:

Does not start automatically. You must run the TQAgent Manager and start the agent manually
each time you log in after rebooting the OS.
Does not allow screen captures of the OS login screen.
