Firefly
o Firefly Music Festival is no longer looking for vendors offering staple menu
items (i.e. burgers, hot dogs, french fries, chicken fingers, etc). Vendors
who offer a unique menu (i.e gluten free items, quinoa, vegetarian options,
pizza, juice bars, falafel, Greek options, salads, etc.) will be considered.
o June 15-18, over 70,000 campers last year
o Dover Speedway
o $3,000 fee (applicable towards 35% revenue share)
Four (4) 110-volt outlets (35amp total). Additional power may be
requested as an additional cost to the vendor. The cost for
additional power is as follows 15-20 amp quad box is $100 per,
(30) amp 208 is $200 per, and (50) amp 208 is $250 per.
One stock truck space
Vendors operating out of tents will need to confirm tent dimensions
and will be provided with branded tent signage. Festival Operator
will produce all signage.
Food truck and tent spaces will be approximately 400 sq. ft. in total
2020 tent spaces and trailers are limited to selling between 5-6
items. (1-2 primary items, 2-3 secondary, and/or 2-3 side/grab and
go items)
1010 booth spaces are limited to selling 3 items. (1 primary item, 2
secondary/sides)
