1. The participants will be divided into small groups
with four (4) to six (6) members each.
2. The list of the groups and their respective work areas
will be posted at the back wall of the session hall, near the registration area.
3. The groups will be given an exercise for discussion
pertaining to topics discussed during the day and will assign a reporter to report the group output. Materials provided in the soft copy kit provided by the training staff may be used. Participants may also research and use additional materials.
4. Copies of the workshop exercise will be distributed to
the participants at the end of the day prior to the workshop proper to allow groups to discuss and research during their free time.
5. During the workshop proper, the group will be given
one (1) hour to discuss and prepare for reporting.
6. After the one-hour discussion, the small groups will
be clustered into three (3) big groups for reporting. Each small group will be allotted 8 minutes to report on their output.
