Login with your librarys admin login


2. Click People
3. Choose Add an Account Creator and Reader
4. Fill out the top of the form with information that pertains to the organization:

The Library Card Number for groups should align with the following format:

GR_ _ _
With the three blanks being the first three letters of the group name.

For instance, Sunshine Daycare would be GRsun. Little Lions Daycare would be GRlit. Feel free
to make the username match the library card number, and to use Password as the password.
5. Select Attach a reader profile for this person and fill out the reader information:

Select the age that best represents the average age of the group members, as well as the grade
that best represents the members fall 2017 enrollment. Use the same library card number as
before, and select the best fitting school.

If the daycare teacher or childcare leader has provided an email, select Yes for the
recommendations and notifications fields. If they have not provided an email, then switch these
to No
6. Beanstack will suggest a program based on the reader age. Click the Red X to enroll the
daycare in SRP, and then click Add

7. The screen will reload. Click Add Multiple Readers


8. Fill out the form. Note: Library card IS REQUIRED. Simply use the same barcode you made
up for the group as a whole.
Once youre done, click the Red X, and Add
9. Once you click Add a green bar will appear along the bottom, letting you know that the
profiles were added successfully. Refresh the page to see them:
10. When you add reading to group logs, select All Readers from the dropdown- this will add
minutes to every reader in the group.
