This article discusses how Donald Glover targets stereotypes in his show Atlanta. How he

connects people of color with prejudice acts. Glovers intention is to put the audience in the shoes

of a colored folk. This article was found when I searched up in google, Atlanta TV show

Stereotypes. NPR is a nationwide well respected website the targets social and pop cultural

issues through radio or articles. This article will be helpful because I could target social racial

issues in the show and connect them to demonstrate how the media entertainment uses social

issues happening in society to make big money.

This article discusses on how Donald Glover went from writing a script on Atlanta to trying to

make people feel black when theyre watching the TV show. I found this article when I

searched up in google, Atlantas Donald Glovers thoughts on the show. Time Magazine has

been a well-respected magazine for over decades. Time will provide me with straight forward

quotes from Donald Glover himself. I will use this article to connect on how he realizes TV

shows or Movies make more money than an indie film (just an example).

This article summarizes one of Atlantas TV episodes. The episode is a black host show and

throughout the show African American stereotypes are thrown out to the public while the

commercials are also very controversial and stereotypical. I found this article on google when I

found one of the other articles on Atlanta, The Washington post has some of the most top tier

journalist that provide credible information on majority of the general topics discussed. I could

use this article to provide quotes and scenes to defend my main argument.

This article describes how satirical Atlanta really is, it provides an insight on the hidden

messages Donald Glover is trying to give us. It takes us from one scenario to another to show us

every racial insider (stereotype) there is. This article was found on google, the daily beast is a

credible source. I will use this article to defend my argument and introduce general information

to the reader.
